How does scheduled AI outbound calling work?
When a lead enters a specific pipeline stage, the system automatically schedules an AI call based on the profile type you configured — follow-up, reminder, review request, etc. You set the delay and the AI handles the rest.
Can I customize what the AI says on each call?
Yes. Each call profile has its own script and behavior. You control the tone, questions asked, and actions taken based on the lead's responses.
What happens if the lead doesn't answer?
You configure retry logic per stage — set a delay (e.g. 2 hours), max attempts (e.g. 3 tries), and a fallback action like sending an SMS or creating a task for your team.
Can different locations have different pipelines?
Yes. Pipelines can be scoped to specific locations or session types so each branch of your business runs its own workflow.
How is this billed?
AI call minutes are billed from your existing wallet credits at the same rate as AI receptionist calls. No separate subscription needed for automation.
