Credits are more flexible. Instead of separate minute buckets, your balance supports voice and AI usage as your needs change. When SMS launches, the same wallet will cover that too.
Voice usage ($0.03–$0.04/min depending on plan) applies when your team makes or receives calls. AI usage ($0.14/min) applies when the AI Receptionist handles a call.
Yes. AI features are not locked to a tier. Any plan can toggle on the AI Receptionist and pay per minute from their wallet.
