How does pricing work?
You pay a monthly platform plan for seats, phone numbers, reporting, and features. Usage — voice calls and AI minutes — draws from your wallet credits.
Why use wallet credits instead of included minutes?
Credits are more flexible. Instead of separate minute buckets, your balance supports voice and AI usage as your needs change. When SMS launches, the same wallet will cover that too.
What is the difference between voice usage and AI usage?
Voice usage ($0.059/min) applies when your team makes or receives calls. AI Voice usage ($0.15/min) applies when the AI Receptionist or AI Outbound handles a call.
Can any plan use the AI Receptionist?
Yes. AI features are not locked to a tier. Any plan can toggle on the AI Receptionist and pay per minute from their wallet.
What if I need more users or locations?
Additional users are $5/user/month. Additional locations are $30/location/month. You can add them anytime from your account settings. The Pro suite includes unlimited users and locations.
Do wallet credits expire?
No. Unused credits roll over month to month. You can top up manually or enable auto-recharge when your balance gets low.
Can I port my existing phone number?
Number porting is on our roadmap. For now, you can forward your existing number to your Sales Connect AI line and start taking calls right away.
Is SMS included in all plans?
Yes. SMS messaging is available on every plan — Communications Suite, Outbound Automation Suite, and Pro. SMS is billed at $0.02/message from your wallet credits.
Is there a setup fee?
There is a one-time $49 activation fee that covers phone number provisioning and A2P carrier compliance registration (required by all US carriers for business calling and texting). This fee is waived for Founding Members and customers on annual billing.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans give you 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual at any time from your account.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade as your team grows or adjust your plan as your usage changes.
