Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview
Sales Connect AI provides a process for individuals to request deletion of their personal information that may have been collected through our Services (including lead forms and communications enabled by our business customers).
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion, email us at support@salesconnectai.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address and/or phone number you used when submitting your information
- The business name you contacted (if known) and approximate date of submission
- Any additional details that help us locate your records (optional)
3. Verification
For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before we process your request. We may also need to verify that you control the email address or phone number associated with the data.
4. What We Delete
After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your request from our systems, unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (for example, security logging, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution).
5. Data Controlled by Our Customers
Sales Connect AI is often used by businesses to receive leads and communicate with customers. If your data was submitted to one of our business customers, that business may control the data in their own systems. We may direct you to contact that business for deletion in their records as well.
6. Timeline
We typically process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
