How to Block Spam Calls
Watch the walkthrough below and follow the steps to start blocking junk callers from your business line in seconds.
Video Walkthrough
See It in Action
This video walks through the full process of identifying and blocking a spam caller inside Sales Connect AI.
Method 1
Manual Blocking
Block individual numbers after your AI receptionist handles a suspicious call.
Let AI Answer the Call
When a call comes in, your AI receptionist picks up and handles the conversation. Spam callers don’t know the difference.
Review the Transcript
After the call ends, you’ll see a full transcript and AI summary in your call log. Scan it in seconds to confirm it’s spam.
Tap "Blocked"
Hit the block button on that call record. The number is permanently blocked from reaching your business again.
Done — Team-Wide Protection
The block applies across your entire account. No one on your team will receive calls from that number again.
Method 2
STIR/SHAKEN Level Blocking
Automatically block calls based on their carrier verification level. Select the attestation levels you want to reject — calls that don’t meet your threshold never ring through.
Full Attestation
The carrier has verified the caller’s identity and their right to use that number. These are the most trustworthy calls. Blocking Level A means you’d reject even verified callers — only do this if you exclusively receive calls from known contacts.
Partial Attestation
The carrier verified the call originated from their customer, but can’t confirm the caller is authorized to use that specific number. Many legitimate businesses using call centers or VoIP fall here.
Gateway Attestation
The carrier only knows where the call entered their network — they cannot verify the caller or the number. Most robocalls and spoofed numbers land at this level. Blocking Level C is the most common and safest starting point.

Review Before Blocking
Always check the transcript before blocking. The AI summary makes it easy to confirm a call is junk without listening to the recording.
Blocks Are Permanent
Once blocked, a number stays blocked unless you manually unblock it. You can manage your block list in account settings.
Shared Across Your Team
A block from any team member protects the whole account. No more multiple people blocking the same robocaller.
